The Manager Style graph shows how the manager's style has changed over time. This is a "rolling window" analysis where each symbol represents the manager's style in each one of the 36-month periods. The symbols get larger over time. Closely clustered symbols show style consistency. Most plan sponsors and consultants prefer managers to be style consistent.
